Use ZOOM to participate in the DVARP Board Meeting
Due to restrictions associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the September meeting will be held online with access via ZOOM - the online video conferencing application that also provides audio-only access via phone. There will NOT be an in-person meeting at 1635 Market Street on Saturday, September 12th.
DVARP invites current members to participate in the Board of Directors meeting by completing the registration form at the bottom of the page.
Although the YouTube video below provides greater detail about using ZOOM and starting an account (for free), there are several basic steps that potential meeting participants should know:
If you have not already done so, go to www.zoom.us for desktop/laptop, Google Play Store for Android, App Store for Iphone/Apple products, or Microsoft Store for Windows OS mobile devices to both download and register the application.
Use the online registration form below to sign up for a meeting invitation by entering your information as required.
Please check the Inbox associated with the e-mail address that you submitted (via the registration form) after 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 12th. For combined Video+Audio, click on the link provided in the response e-mail and log into the ZOOM application using the meeting information provided. For Audio-only access, dial into one of the voice conferencing phone numbers shown in the e-mail and follow the audible instructions provided by the system.
If you would like to participate in the September 2020 Board of Directors meeting via the ZOOM Video Conferencing Application or Conference Call and you are a current DVARP member, please complete and submit the form below no later than 11:59 pm on Friday, September 11th, 2020. We'll send you a ZOOM invitation via e-mail.
